The B4L programme runs for 12 months. The first half of the year will be spent on a management development programme that includes team building and several professional training courses.

Using their acquired skills, it is then down to the team to to successfully manage a fundraising programme with the aim to make money for WaterAid.

So who are we looking for? Applicants need to be:

• committed and energetic
• keen to progress
• creative and enthusiastic
• team players
• interested in the community and world development issues
• eager to learn about working with donors, volunteers and supporters

If an employee is selected to take part in B4L, employers are asked to release them for two days per month in the first half of the year, covering working time and reasonable travel expenses.
